At Trinity United Methodist Church, our mission is to spread love and kindness through religious teachings. We believe that everyone deserves to feel the love of God and our goal is to make that possible for as many people as we can.

Our Mission

 Trinity United Methodist Church stands as a beacon of faith in Huxley. We are a place of prayer, peace and joy to all who join us. Our community is richly diverse, with people of different ages and backgrounds coming together to worship and serve together. We welcome all individuals seeking God’s love and our doors are open to every soul seeking to welcome Jesus into their heart.

Our History

  Our church was built in 1975.  We are a member of the Riverview Park District of the Iowa Conference of the United Methodist Church. Our Pastor is Robert (Bobb) Barrick.  Pastor Bobb has a BS in General Sciences from the University of Iowa and a Master's of Divinity degree from St Paul School of Theology in Kansas City.  He has served churches in 7 appointments in Iowa since 1984.
